Canoe / kayak on the Verdon

Whether you are a beginner or confirmed, courses are suitable for everyone. Two or solo, come to enjoy the heart of the waters of Verdon!
These inflatable boats do not require special technical skills and can navigate whatever the water level, because it is self-videuses boats, stable and manageable.

Equipment

Combination, helmet, jacket, safety jacket and paddle you are generally provided by the centres of sailing.
Allow the basic equipment needed for rafting:
  • A pair of shoes that can go in the water, for example baskets
  • A bathing suit and a towel
  • A lanyard for wearing glasses

Conditions

  • You have to be healthy and have no medical indication against-the practice of sport
  • swim 50m and immerse
  • Canoeing and kayaking are available at any level, but the minimum age varies depending on the journey
